Call for Papers

As you know the abstract and full paper submission deadlines were extended to March 30^th and April 25^th , respectively. Since these dates do not necessarily allow sufficient time to obtain a visa to travel to Canada, we suggest that if you need a visa to attend the conference, you upload your six page maximum paper as soon as possible. The papers will be reviewed on a rolling basis and so the sooner you submit, the sooner we can confirm acceptance of the paper for the conference. Based on the paper acceptance, we can provide a letter of invitation to the conference that you can use for obtaining your visa. Please contact the technical co-chairs if you have any questions.
